Level 1: Oh Anna. Thanks for hosting this course, it is so refreshing to be given so many inspiring links and leads to further research. Thank you for your focus on self care, self development is so encouraging and I felt like I was with family!
The recipes chosen were simple and a really good reminder of eating raw while we are travelling and beyond. I really felt for me that it was a timely course - INSPIRATIONAL! And fun and easy going and the simplicity was profound.
Thanks Anna & Thanks Alissa for making raw simple and fun.
Holly Clark - Queensland Australia
Personal 1-2-1  Class:  I had no idea what to expect of the course and have found myself pleasantly amazed at how much information was imparted in a one day course.
I now feel equipped to begin a raw food diet, where as before I was completely overwhelmed by the information available. I particularly appreciated your common sense approach to a raw food life, saying that we are human and need not beat ourselves up over not being perfect.
I am 100% satisfied with what I learned today and have high hopes for the next 30 days.

Level 1: One word - AMAZING! Have been about 80% raw for a while, but today have learnt how to eat so much more interestingly and will be able to take the step up to full 'raw foodie' with ease and confidence. Thank you Anna - it was a lovely day!
Lorraine-Lois Moss - Bucks
Level 1: Thank you, Great day. Very easily facilitated, very clear, fun & interesting. Great to taste all the food! So tasty! Great to be motivated and inspired again. A simplistic approach to a hugely beneficial way of eating. Was made to feel equal, rather than preached to, like some teachers do. Thank you very much for a great day!
Georgina Parsons - Kent
Intensive L1 and L2 Private Class: Lovely day! YUMMY food that I could 'see' and 'taste with my own eyes. It really inspired me to believe I can actually make them by myself at home. I can't quite believe I liked the taste of every dish. - Lots of dialogue and questions which helped consolidate my learning too. I have no excuse now about procrastinations; making the raw diet lifestyle work for me is a must for me from now on. It was lovely having Jilly there too, listening to her experiences and her journey - especially her struggles around staying on a raw diet.
- I realized just how creative raw food can be, that it is possible to try out or invent new recipes  everyday if you want. This all feels quite life changing, even for someone like me who has had an interest in raw food for 6 years now, and knows the dramas of yo-yoing with it. I'm inspired to make a deeper commitment to it now- to myself fundamentally.
Day 2 - Today was a good day! Great, profound, deep conversations. - Experienced some amazing dehydrated foods (which I never fully appreciated before, my favourite was Pizza, I really couldn't believe how genuine it tasted. Will definitely be impressing people with that one, plus the chocolate! I feel inspired to make every recipe I've watched being demonstrated and expand my repertoire and be a good advocate of raw food eating. - Anna is a very knowledgeable teacher and open person. I felt I could be myself and reveal myself with her - I'm sure me,  Jilly and Anna were all learning from each other, which is the best way to educate ourselves and grow.
Thank you so much Anna
Louisa Eyo - Manchester
Level 1: What an enjoyable experience! I can't wait to start 'non cooking' the recipes I've tasted and finding out much more about raw food.

Level 1: FAB, Many thanks - you were arresting!

1 day Intensive Class: Dear Anna,
Thank you VERY much for the wonderful workshop yesterday. It was so inspiring to meet you, you are truly an amazing person! It was an eye-opening experience to see the range of dishes that one can make while living the raw food lifestyle. I am still amazed as to how we were able to learn so many different recipes in one day. Although I ate SO MUCH food during your course, I felt great, energised and had a wonderful run the next day (nothing like eating lots during traditional holiday times :)). You made cooking and living the raw food lifestyle look so easy, flexible and fun! I have also enjoyed the information about the super foods, supplements, detox and exercises. It was also interesting to hear your story about how you changed your life while raising a family. Many people could clearly identify with you. Thank you for putting so much time and energy in preparing this course, it was obvious that you put 100% + more into it!
...Listening to you yesterday and looking around the room, I have realised what a blessing it is what you are doing. You are truly changing people's lives.

Level 2: It was good to return to Anna’s raw kitchen for the Level 2 LOLF course! As with Level 1, she presumes neither on our ignorance nor knowledge; small groups ensure that she can be sufficiently flexible to move quickly over areas where we require less input, and spend more time on others. For example, as I had experienced few ‘detox’ symptoms myself when going raw, it was invaluable to hear of her experiences with clients who had needed more support when starting on their raw journey. The food as usual (with the focus on dehydrating and sprouting) was delicious, and beautifully prepared. I’d made raw pizza before, but my base had been flat (boring!). Anna showed us how to make a rustic crusted pizza with a ‘stoneground’ look – ideal for the ‘transitioning’ raw fooder! I do sprout regularly, using jars. But now I’m going to experiment with Anna’s technique using nut bags, which not only hold more but also reduce the chances of fermentation. A very enjoyable ‘extra’ (as season and weather permitted) was picking wild foods from Anna’s garden then juicing them in her Kempo Green Power – good to see one of those in action. Lots of good advice re equipment, and the business aspects of offering raw food prep classes, e.g., insurance, health and safety.
Thank you Anna for a lovely two days, which have helped me equip myself to show others how to go, and stay raw.

Olwyn Ash – Eastleigh

I’ve just had a great day at the Level 1 Living on Live Foods class with Anna.

On arrival, the weary (and hungry) travellers were offered delicious rye bagels stuffed with tomato and curried macadamia paste yum! What a wonderful (and thoughtful) way to start the class.

The class was held in Anna’s kitchen, a welcoming and homely environment which made us feel relaxed and confident that not only would we be able to incorporate the raw life into our homes with ease, but we would also have the resources to be able to spread our knowledge to others, as Anna had to us. Anna had taken care with the little touches that make all the difference the brightly-coloured raw vegetable tablecloth, the posters.

Anna has husband and school-age children, so well understands the challenges, and the practicalities, of incorporating more raw food into the family diet. The group was sufficiently small for us all to be able to ask questions and have them answered thoroughly.

The food was delicious all the way through, and it was good to see the Vita mix in action, as well as getting some ‘hands-on’ experience of two types of spiraliser! Anna gave us a constant stream of delicious morsels - pates, main meal samples, desserts, smoothies, not forgetting the ‘blow-your-socks off’ ginger/cayenne ‘shot’!

Anna had asked us to bring Tupperware-type containers and it was wonderful to be able to take home samples, including the gorgeous blueberry pie, for sceptical non-raw family members! I left the session replete, happy, more knowledgeable, and very pleased to have been able to purchase, at last, a proper nut milk bag! I also bought from Anna Alissa’s ‘Living On Live Foods’ and started to read it on the journey home…love this quote: ‘If you want your life to be a magnificent story, then begin by realizing that you are the author and every day you have the opportunity to write a new page.’ (Mark Houlahan). Thanks, Anna, for helping me write another great page!

Level 1: "Very good – basic recipes easy to follow and easy to use as real food. Excellent range of books and equipment and foods. Felt really relaxed and comfortable with teacher. Will do level 2 definitely – ASAP."

Level 2: " When I attended the Level 1 class I learnt a lot of basics and had a much better understanding of how to be raw on an everyday basis.  However, on Level 2, it was much more hands-on and I really started to understand what to actually do, how to mix things, how to use the dehydrator, the Vita mix, the Cuisinart Processor to make all sorts of amazing things.  What was also invaluable was to be able to talk to Anna and understand how she manages on a day to day basis with things like sprouting, juicing and smoothie making.  I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the two days and I came away feeling like I could do anything and manage on my own - which I was really not sure about before the course.  Thanks Anna."
