INGREDIENTS:

½ cup Hazelnuts.
3 Desert spoons
raw chocolate powder
3 Desert spoons
agave |

METHOD:
Grind the hazelnuts
(filberts) to a fine powder in a vitamix dry jug, seed
grinder or twin gear juicer/champion.
Transfer to a blender
and add the chocolate and agave. Blend until well mixed.
Add a little water if you want it runnier.
I would put this in the
raw WEIGHT GAIN department of recipes! But it is still a
healthier option for kids and transitioners or when you
just get the urge for chocolate!
Hazelnuts
contain a high concentration of vitamin E which prevents
oxidation of the polyunsaturated fats, and it is also
one of the few nuts which contain vitamin A, which is a
natural antioxidant and has cancer-preventing
properties.
Hazelnuts also
contain B-group vitamins particularly vitamin B5 and B6
and are an excellent source of minerals, particularly
the minerals manganese, selenium, copper and zinc.
